We try to respond to cases as fast as possible but we are a small team of volunteers.
If you are NOT in immediate danger or any of the above but still need urgent help from us, please contact us and flag in the subject line (for email) or message that the matter is urgent. We will try our best but we cannot replace emergency services and cannot make any guarantees on a response time.
Our team of volunteers all work full time roles outside of SurveilSafe and our work here remains a passion project we do in our spare time until our Charity gets large enough to fund and sustain full time staff.
